So I will focus on the ones which are more serious. The most important part of your sleep is the quality of your REM.
REM (Rapid Eye Movement) is a normal biological process, which you do every night to try to restore your brain's normal rhythm after a night of sleep. There are some things you can do to help. If you do not have problems sleeping, and you are on the safe side, and you just have not gotten much sleep recently, you may be able to have a nice night's sleep. I recommend the following: Take an anti-depressant. This is recommended because you can be sleep deprived. A light at night that you can use to keep your eyes open and your brain awake. If you can't find a light that works for you, there are LED lights, but those usually aren't safe for your eyes. There are some light strips, but they may also be too bright for your eyes, so if you have trouble seeing in the dark, you may have to try a darker LED. You can buy LED light strips online and buy batteries. They are the same thing, but a little cheaper. You can also buy a light bulb. There are other things you can try, but you should try those first.
